This day of talks is hosted at John Curtin Gallery alongside three exhibitions where the context of studio-based practice plays a major role: Brett Whiteley\u2019s Surry Hills studio on tour, a selection of works from Aida Tomescu and a ten-year retrospective of the John Stringer Prize.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speakers will draw parallels between the exhibitions and their own work in establishing studio spaces for other artists, or in the value of making art in a dedicated studio space.
