financial assistance with support also available in regional towns.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wa.gov.au\/service\/community-services\/grants-and-subsidies\/hardship-utility-grant-scheme#:~:text=The%20Hardship%20Utility%20Grant%20Scheme,disconnection%20and%20preventing%20debt%20escalation\"><strong>The
