Course overview
This qualification can help you step into the field of accounting for the first time.
In this course, you will gain an introductory understanding of accounting and the budget process. You’ll study a range of specialised topics, including corporations law, cost behaviour, financial accounting, job order costing systems, management accounting, planning and financial decision-making.
Your studies will also include typical accounting applications such as billing, general ledger, inventory, purchasing and sales.
When you successfully complete this course, you can progress to the Master of Professional Accounting, where you will have the opportunity to study AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation in accounting practice.
