Between finishing year 12, applying to university and waiting for your results, we know this time can feel quite overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re here to help you understand what happens when your ATAR results are released, when offers come out and how to update your preferences if things don\u2019t go to plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On this page, we\u2019ll walk you through each step of the TISC offer timeline:\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ATAR results are usually released in mid-December.<\/strong> If you didn\u2019t get the results you were expecting, it\u2019s important to update your course preferences<\/a> on the TISC website before the main round offers deadline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The TISC safety net helps you save your main round offer if you wish to change your preferences and be re-assessed for a different preference in the second round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you update your preferences by the second round deadline, your main round offer stays valid until you receive a new one \u2013 or decide to accept it. Find out about the different offer rounds and when to change your course preferences if you change your mind or if your results weren\u2019t quite what you had hoped.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n Early offers are now closed.<\/strong><\/p>\n You\u2019ll receive a TISC confirmation letter during the main offer round if:<\/p>\n If these conditions aren\u2019t met, or you\u2019ve changed your first preference, your early offer will no longer be valid. Your ATAR results are used to assess whether you\u2019re eligible for your course preferences. After results are released, TISC uses your preferences and scores to decide which offer you\u2019ll receive during the offer rounds. Release dates may change each year, so make sure to check the TISC website<\/a>.
You\u2019ll receive your WACE certificate and University Admissions Advice Letter (UAAL) by email. Make sure the email attached to your TISC account is up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDidn\u2019t get the results you were expecting?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
