Course structure
ÌýTo begin with, you will study inter-professional health units with students from across health sciences, before focusing on your discipline.
You'll learn how to identify and manage risks and hazards; contribute to decision-making; and improve health and safety to prevent injuries and illness in the workplace.
You’ll also develop skills in critical thinking, information literacy and technology.
In your final year, you’ll build your expertise in industry environments with a 100-hour placement in semester one, followed by a 150-hour placement in semester two.
